Service Overview

Account transfer service is a Payment service that allows you to pay for Item by transferring money from your Account transfer registered financial institution account. The storage company of Account transfer service is Aplus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aplus").

Account transfer registration (paper registration)

Paper registration is a method in which merchant the end user registers a Account transfer request form designated by the receiving company by mailing it to the financial institution by mailing it to the end user. merchant must register their Account transfer information in Admin portal / Payment management tool.

There are the following formats for Account transfer request forms. Please select at the time of application according to merchant 's services and operation methods. Please note that the entrustor code, category, and customer number designated value sections are pre-printed. For other items to be filled in by merchant, you can select whether to have them printed or not.

Registration Procedure
The steps for merchant store are as follows:

  1. If an end user requests Payment by Account transfer, please send the Account transfer request form to the end user.
    *If you use a PDF-type Account transfer request form, the end user can print it out and mail it to merchant.
    *Please use the Account transfer request form specified by our company.
  2. Upon receipt of the completed Account transfer request form from the end user, please check the information to make sure that there are no omissions and register the account information on our Admin portal / Payment management tool.
    *Please enter all 20 digits of your customer number, starting with "0329279".
    *For Japan Post Bank, please enter the 5-digit bankbook code and the 7-digit bankbook number excluding the last 1.
  3. Please send the completed and stamped Account transfer request form (for financial institutions) to the collection company along with the cover letter specified by our company. The collection company will send it to the financial institution, and once the financial institution has processed the registration, the registration will be complete.
    *If Account transfer request form is a duplicate, please keep the Account transfer request form (for the client) as a copy for the client.
    * In the case of PDF type, there will be no copy for the client, so please make a copy if necessary and keep it for your records.
    *We will provide you with information about the collection company's shipping address.
    *The period required for registration at financial institutions varies depending on the financial institution, but it takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks (approximately).
  4. Only if the financial institution is unable to register due to incompleteness as a result of the registration process, the Account transfer request form stating the reason for the defect will be returned to merchant. If necessary, please take measures such as requesting corrections to the end user or modifying the registered contents of Admin portal / Payment management tool.
    *If you are unsure of the reason for the deficiency, please contact our Merchant support.
    *The result of Account transfer registration will only be returned if there is an error. If the registration is successful, you will not be notified. If you would like to check the registration status, please contact our Merchant support.

Account transfer registration (WEB registration)

Web registration is a method by which end users register their bank account information on merchant website. The entered information is instantly shared with our company, collection companies, and financial institutions.

Registration Procedure
The steps for merchant operations are as follows:

  1. If an end user selects Account transfer on merchant website, they will need to request account registration from us. We (and the collection company/financial institution) will then display a screen for the end user to enter their account information.
  2. Once the end user has completed entering their account information on the web screen, the financial institution will immediately process the registration. Once registration is complete, we will notify merchant of the registration result, and the account registration will be complete.
    * Notification of results is a method of obtaining the result file installed by our company on merchant (acquisition as required by merchant). You can also see the results from Admin portal / Payment management tool.
    *The registration process at the financial institution is instantaneous, but notification of the results can be obtained and confirmed 1-2 days after registration (end users can immediately check the registration results on their screen).
    *If the registration result is NG, please take action such as asking the end user to re-register.

Account transfer request

After completing Account transfer registration, merchant must request Account transfer by the designated date of Account transfer month. After this is done, the financial institution will transfer Account transfer from the account on the 27th of the month. The flow of Account transfer requests and the steps to be taken by merchant are as follows:

  1. Please create Account transfer file for billing data according to the system specification format provided in advance.
    * Account transfer If the file contains an end user who has not been able to register (paper registration is an end user who is not registered with our Admin portal / Payment management tool), a file error will occur. Please be careful.
    *Even if there are no transactions processed that month, please create and link a monthly billing data Account transfer file.
  2. Please link your Account transfer file to our company by the Account transfer request due date of the current month of the transfer date. We will then request the financial institution to process the transfer via the collection company.
  3. After the transfer is complete, you will be notified of the result by the specified notification date. After checking the contents of the notification, please take action for the end user, such as providing services or notifying them of transfer failure.
    * Result notification is a method of obtaining the result file installed by our company on merchant. You can also view the results from Admin portal / Payment management tool.

Combined use of Credit Card Payment in the same service ID environment
Account transfer service and Credit Card Payment cannot be used in the same Service ID (SID) environment. If you want to use both payment methods, you will need to obtain different SIDs.

About Admin portal / Payment management tool
When using Account transfer service, IP address restriction is mandatory for Admin portal / Payment management tool. It is not possible to set without restrictions.

Fees for failed Account transfer requests
If the request for Account transfer processing fails for some reason, such as insufficient funds, you will still be charged for processing the request.

Updating Account transfer information when registering online
When updating Account transfer information via the web registration, the information will be registered in the order in which the bank's Processed result are returned, regardless of the order in which merchant requests it.
Example) Currently registered with Bank A. After updating to Bank B, you want to update to Bank C.
If Bank B notifies SBPS of the registration results for Bank C before Bank B does, Bank C will be registered in the SBPS database first, and when the result notification from Bank B arrives, it will be updated to Bank B.
Normally, the charge should have been made at Bank C, but since it will end up being made at Bank B, please obtain the result notification from Bank B at merchant and then update it to Bank C.

Expiration date of Account transfer request
If you do not make Account transfer request for a long period of time, Account transfer registration may lapse and Account transfer request may result in an error.
*Specifications vary depending on financial institution. (Approximately 13 months)

Test environment
When testing your online registration, an error screen will appear when you are Transition to Financial institution, so please make sure to wait until Screen transition to our company.

Specifications
Please note that if the specifications of the Account transfer service are changed by a financial institution, etc., or if the economic conditions are changed, the specifications of the Account transfer service provided by the Company may also change.

Service Suspension Due to Maintenance, etc.
Online Payment ASP Service carry out maintenance on an irregular basis. If there is a service interruption due to maintenance, we will notify you in advance and then suspend the service. As a rule, we will notify you at least one week in advance. However, this does not apply in the case of emergency maintenance.
In addition, if a service outage occurs due to system maintenance or a malfunction of a financial institution or a financial institution partner other than our system, we will notify merchant as soon as we become aware of the situation and investigate the cause. We will notify merchant as soon as the cause is identified, but please note that if the cause is not attributable to our company, it may take some time to identify the cause.
Please note that financial institutions and their affiliated financial institutions conduct regular maintenance on their online Account transfer acceptance services.

Regarding operations on the financial institution's display screen
If the end user does not press the dedicated back button provided on the financial institution's display screen, Account transfer registration may not be completed.

1. Paper registration (Account transfer request form)

However, please note that if end users do not follow the required procedures online based on subsequent instructions from their respective banks, this will be considered incomplete (please check the respective bank websites for details).

・If you need to correct any errors, please draw a double line through the relevant part and stamp it with the registered seal of the financial institution as a correction seal.
・If you specify Japan Post Bank as your transfer account, please make sure that the last digit of your bankbook number is "1".
(3) DigitizationAccount transfer Please fill in the items to be included in the request form from our Admin portal / Payment management tool and register.
*Please note that no input check is performed, so the input value will be registered as is.
(4) Submission① When submitting to a collection agency, please make sure that the number of "Account transfer Request Forms" written on the right side of the form is "For financial institution" and send them together with the "Transportation slip" (explained below).
②Please make sure that your submission arrives at the collection agency at least one month before the transfer date.
*As the Account transfer request form contains Personal information, please send it by registered mail or other method that allows for confirmation of arrival.
If you send it by regular mail, neither our company nor the collection company will be held responsible if it is not delivered.
*If there is an error in Account transfer request form, you will need to submit it again.
Therefore, we recommend that you submit your application as early as possible.
(5) Consignor's copyIf necessary, we ask that merchant keep a copy of Account transfer request form for the client.
・In the case of a duplicate Account transfer request form (three copies), the third page, “③ For the entrustor”, is the applicable form.
Please keep this form after the end user has filled it out and stamped it.
・PDF type Account transfer request form
The PDF version does not include a "client copy."
After the end user has filled out and stamped the form, please make a copy and store it as necessary.
(6) Processing of deficiencies①If the form is submitted to the financial institution and returned as "incomplete," it will be returned to merchant via the collection company, so please ask the end user to refill it or make corrections as soon as possible.
Please note that some financial institutions may take more than a month to return the loan.
*After submitting the claim data, even if the data is returned incompletely, it cannot be corrected.
When creating billing data, please make sure that registration is complete before creating it.
*Even if there are incomplete returns or the Account transfer request form has not been submitted, some financial institutions may still make the transfer upon request.
In such cases, you will need to check the transfer result data that we will notify you of and take action such as suspending Account transfer billing from the following month onwards and contacting the end user.
*If an end user whose Account transfer request form has been returned due to an incomplete request is unable to resubmit it at least one month before the transfer date, this may lead to problems with the end user or financial institution.
Please stop billing end users (exclude them from billing data).
The main reasons for the deficiencies are as follows:

How will this be handled?
You will need to send a new Account transfer request form to the end user and ask them to register a new account, or to correct the incomplete request form.
*If the request form is returned due to an incomplete form, please send a new request form along with the original form that is incomplete.
*It is possible to correct an incomplete request form, but as it is often the case that the request form becomes incomplete again due to being unclear as to what needs to be corrected, we recommend that you fill out a new request form as much as possible.
Account transfer slip I sent to Aplus was returned due to an error.
I have already sent Settlement data to our company, but do I need to take any further action?
The transfer result that is coordinated at the beginning of each month will be returned as "Transfer result NG," so please send a new Account transfer request form to the end user and ask them to register a new account.
* If you have already registered your account information in Admin portal / Payment management tool, please delete it as necessary.
Is it possible to change the amount after the billing data has been sent?We cannot accept any changes to the amount.
There is a procedure to stop the transfer itself.
If you make a request to stop a transfer, Account transfer result linked at the beginning of the month following the request will be "NG."

I want to stop this month's transferThere are financial institutions where you can stop transfers and those where you cannot.
Please contact us with your account details.
We can handle this up to six business days prior to the transfer date.
If the suspension request is within the period above, the suspension will be processed for the current month only.
■End users can also stop the transfer themselves at their financial institution if it is during the non-suspension period up to two business days before the transfer.

Is there anything I should be careful of when registering a corporate account?In principle, please enter the company name, title, and representative name (please check the account name listed on the bankbook for the company).
Please note that there are only a few financial institutions that can be registered via the web.

At the bottom of the request form, below the "Dealer Date Stamp" there is a section marked "Disposal Stamp."
It is assumed that the stamp "discarded" has been omitted. Please check.

If you specify Japan Post Bank, please enter the bankbook code (middle 3 digits) and 8 digit bankbook number.
